No doubt exercise has become a part of our daily routine now. But, routine is at times really very boring and stops us from continuing the same because of the boredom... here are 3 steps you can follow when you exercise, daily;
Many researchers have found out that because of our family or kids being our priority we always tend to neglect our health and skip the exercise. Now, when you are making that extra effort to stay healthy and exercise, join your family members, at least one of them with you to exercise. This way, you will be enjoying the exercise more as you have a company of your family member who has joined you.
Don't stick on to a single exercise pattern for more than 3 months... be it walk, cardiac, dance, swimming, running or aerobics, change your exercise pattern in order to get rid of boredom.
Once in a month go for complete weight check up that includes the statistics of your weight gain or loss. Keep a monthly target and work out on achieving the same. This way, there is no question of you getting bored with your exercise.
