Breathing exercises to beat the stress during the Pandemic times:- The coronavirus pandemic is leaving an unforgettable impact on the mankind. Several people succumbed to the deadly virus and the most common symptom found is the breathing issues among the people. Most of them are facing troubles with their oxygen levels which is further damaging the lungs. Work from home and following the social distancing turned out to be the new factor after the attack of the coronavirus pandemic. The rise in the infections is taking a toll on the mental health of the person and there are several people impacted due to the mental health. Pranayama, yoga and breathing exercises turned out to be the most needed during this season. Here are some of the tips:

Get enough sleep and spend some relaxing time with your family members. Take enough breaks from work and have your meals at the right time.

The physical activity can do wonders to your mental health. The World Health Organization recommended 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of intense activity per week. It is like 15 minutes in a day.

Spend time with nature and this brings a control on the blood pressure, heart rate and other stresses.

Always have a control on your breath to control your negative emotions. Your body should fight when you are in stress. This helps the bond to respond to a dangerous situation. If you are stressed for long periods, they will take a toll on your health.

Use a controlled breathing to reverse the process. Slow your breathing to regulate the oxygen intake. 3-5 minutes of a controlled breathing is recommended every day. Sit in a comfortable position and start breathing. Take a deep breath in through the nose and push your belly with the hand out.

You should not move your chest. Breathe out through the pursed lips and do it with ease. Do this breathing for 3 to 10 times and watch each of your breaths.

Lie comfortably on the flood and take a few breaths. Breathe in and breathe out. This gets the tense of the muscles and will release the tension in your feet.
