Vijay Mallya’s Extradition Hearing Today:- Liquor baron Vijay Mallya has been absconding from the country after he owes Rs 9000 crores to Indian banks. He has been residing in London since then and the he was initially arrested there on fraud charges regarding the money laundering charges added. However he has been granted bail soon after the arrest.The extradition hearing of Vijay Mallya is all set to kick-start today.

The 6,50,000 pound bail bond hearing will return Westminster Magistrates' Court in London and the extradition trail begins. Mallya revealed that he has done nothing wrong and he even hired a team of experts to defend him in court. A team led by barrister Clare Montgomery who is known as an expert in criminal and fraud law will present him in court. The prison conditions in India have been raised in the last hearing. The case can go through a series of court appeals before the exact extradition gets issued.
