Vijay Mallya To Be Extradited To India Anytime:- Liquor baron and absconding businessman Vijay Mallya flew from the country in March 2016 and he owes Rs 9000 crores for Indian banks. Vijay Mallya has been residing in London and the Enforcement Directorate, CBI officials filed cases in the UK Courts to extradite Vijay Mallya back to the country. A top Enforcement Directorate official made it clear that the legal process in the case is now completed and Vijay Mallya can be brought anytime to the country. Vijay Mallya lost his appeal in the UK Supreme Court on May 14th. He even urged the Indian banks that he is now ready to repay the loans along with the interests.

A top Enforcement Directorate official made it clear that Vijay Mallya will be extradited to India very soon. The date is yet to be announced. A special team of officials comprising of CBI and ED are working on the process to extradite Vijay Mallya back to the country. Vijay Mallya will be taken into custody after bringing him to the country. Vijay Mallya already lost his case on May 14th and now all the processes are clear. He is facing charges of bank fraud worth Rs 9000 crores for 17 banks. He is said to have routed the money and fled from the country.
