Vijay Mallya Could Be Back To India In 28 Days:- Liquor baron Vijay Mallya who went absconding from the country is currently residing in London and is facing tough time. Vijay Mallya's permission for his appeal in the UK Supreme Court was rejected on Thursday. The European Court of Human Rights said that Vijay Mallya would end up landing in Indian jail very soon. The High Court judges who dismissed the appeal of Vijay Mallya on April 20th ruled that there was no point of law of general public importance. It means that the Supreme Court of UK will have no jurisdiction in this case.

The last available option of Vijay Mallya is to obtain an emergency injunction which is known as interim measures pursuant to Rule 39. The intermin measures will be decided in just 48 hours. If Vijay Mallya is granted the injunction, his extradition will be prevented untill the case is heard by ECHR. If he fails to get the injunction, Vijay Mallya will be extradited to India in the next 28 days starting from May 14th. If this happens, the Indian police will fly to London to bring Vijay Mallya back to the country.

Vijay Mallya is currently on bail with 650,000 pounds surety after he was arrested on April 18th, 2017. Vijay Mallya recently tweeted that he is ready to repay the loans if all the cases in the country are removed.
