When it comes to selecting wives, men only concentrate on three things - good looks, good looks and god looks!
Yes, it's true! A recent survey has revealed that for men, the key to a happy and successful marriage has less to do with love, trust, compatibility, and interests and more to do with the attractive quotient of their women. Attractive wives, for them, are the key to happier marriages and longer marital satisfaction.
However, for women, this isn't the case. For her, the attractiveness of a husband has little to do with marital bliss. For them, it's a happy husband who are the key to a longer, contended marital life.
According to Psychologist Andrea Meltzer, the conductor of the study: ‘These findings strengthen support for the idea that sex differences in self-reported preferences for physical attractiveness do have implications for long-term relationship outcomes. The significant effect of wives’ attractiveness on husbands’ satisfaction was significantly stronger than the non-significant effect of husbands’ attractiveness on wives’ satisfaction.’
That, however, doesn't imply that men are shallow, it's just that they appreciate their wives more. Agree?
