Tirupati Returned to Normal Rush

The Samaikyandhra movement brought down the number of visitors to the temple town of Tirupati during the last 10 days.

Now apparently with the idea of making the best of three continuous days of holidays, devotees started visiting Tirumala in large numbers.  Ramzan holiday on Friday followed by second Saturday and Sunday made pilgrims to decide to keep other things aside to pay a visit to Tirumala to have Darshan and get blessings from Lord Venkateswara.

Two complexes meant for waiting for the darshan of the deity are full and queues outside can be seen upto 4 kms long.  Estimated time for general category is 23 hours and for special darshan it is expected to take 14 hours.
