You can be on the edge by silly things like not finding the key to your car, crowded train or several official emails. You can control your anxiety easily but you need to take action.

Lavender oil is known for its calming effect. Include a bottle of lavender oil in your bag of essential items, as it is one of the best home remedies for anxiety. You can use lavender oil in your bathing water or use an essential oil diffuser to inhale the soothing aroma of the oil. If you have a headache, you can even massage some lavender oil on your temples.

To stay calm, avoid drinking soda, caffeine and processed sugar. Instead of coffee or soda, drink green tea.
