Healthy ‘Partying!

The Party season in ‘on’. Right from the Christmas to the pre new year and the new year party, and the final New year Bash, we are all in the Party Mood, somehow or the other… Pubs, Hotels, get together at friend’s place or party at our home, whatever it could be, ‘Party’ ing tops our daily routine… everything is picture perfect until we realize, our diet, daily routine and all that fitness mantra is disturbed to the core in this ‘Party’ chakkar… better late than never… we still have time to plan everything that can help us to ‘Party’ healthy… all that we need is a bit more planning and of course a lot of passion to ‘Party’ hard and healthy. And for that you can start doing the following;

Take time out at least 20 minutes a day to burn that fat out of your body. Be it walking or stretch exercises, dance, swimming, gyming or whatever it could be.  Making exercise your daily routine and following the same would not only help you to stay fit and healthy, but active too that can help you party harder.

You can follow your daily routine, sticking to the exercise. Since this is a party season, when you find all those chocolate cakes, biryanis and cookies in which ever plate you see around you, it is very hard for you to resist the same and stick on to your diet. So, don’t… after all, it is a ‘Party’ time… So, bounce on all those that you are tempted to eat… after all, those entire dance sessions would also be ‘on’ apart from the regular fitness sessions, that can burn all those calories that you are afraid to put on because of taking tasty food…

No matter what, how disturbed your daily routine is, do not forget to sleep well. At least 6 hours of sleep is a must to carry forward that activeness, all day long…

You need to balance the food intake as well. No just eating tasty, it is also important to add that green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein diet to be included in your food intake apart from all that tasty food as well. the more good you balance your food intake the more perfect your party season would also be.

I understand you are tired, and as soon as you reach home, you want to jump in on your bed… just wait… please take the pain to wash your face and take out all that make up, moisture your face and skin, have at least a glass of water and then go to bed…
Remember, the more planned you are even while you are partying, the more memories you can cherish after the ‘Party’…
