All about Pulmonary Aspergillosis:- There are a lot of coronavirus variants in the second wave of coronavirus this year. There are even viral and fungal infections across the country and the alleging reactions turned out to be more stressful. The final infections turned out to be a major challenge for the covid patients and those who recovered from coronavirus in the recent weeks. Pulmonary Aspergillosis is now mostly discussed and it is an allergic reaction that comes due to Aspergillus species. It causes further damage to the lungs as per the pre-existing diseases of the patient. If Pulmonary Aspergillosis is not traced and treated at the right time, it may lead to several respiratory conditions.

Pulmonary Aspergillosis may cause pain in the chest and will lead to fever, cough with blood and may also lead to breathing difficulties. Pulmonary Aspergillosis is seen in the patients who are staying in ICU for a long time and among malignancy patients. It is also found in patients who underwent organ transplantation and in those who are using steroids from a long time. Pulmonary Aspergillosis needs early diagnosis and treatment. It needs surgical intervention and CT chest, blood tests should be taken for Pulmonary Aspergillosis. The disease is treatable to protect the existing capacity of the lungs and they cannot be restored. Coronavirus has no direct association with Pulmonary Aspergillosis.
