Recipe of Egg Toss:- There are various delicious recipes that are made with eggs. They are used as snacks and can be mixed with rice or rotis. Egg Toss is a famous one among them and here is the process to prepare Egg Toss. Boil some eggs and toss it with spices, butter and seasonings if required. Garnish as per your taste.
3 eggs- brown
1 1/2 teaspoon piri piri seasoning
2 tablespoons of onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
salt as required
A teaspoon of garlic paste
Boil the eggs in water along with some salt. Take a pan and add some butter along with piri piri seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss it well with garlic paste and then add the half-cut boiled eggs in the pan. Mix the eggs nicely and slowly. Transfer them to a plate and garnish with onion, and coriander leaves. Sprinkle some lemon juice and add some piri piri seasonings. Your Egg Toss is ready to eat.
