India 408 allout

India were bowled out for 408 runs in the first innings of the second Test against Australia in the Brisbane. The visitors started their the second day with overnight score 311 runs for the loss of four wickets, however bowed down before the Aussie pace. Rahane failed to convert his half century into a three figure mark. Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni and Ashwin scored 30s.

Debutant Josh Hazlewood took five wickets and played a crucial role in removing key Indian batsmen. He was backed by off spinner Nathan Lyon. The good thing is Australia have never a Test match at Gabba whenever the opposition posted 400 plus runs score in the first innings.
