KTR defers with BJP on Presidential Election

KTR defers with BJP on Presidential Election:- The Presidential polls in the country will take place in July and BJP's alliance NDA supported Droupadi Murmu from Odisha in the polls. The opposition parties have named Yashwant Sinha and he filed his nomination papers yesterday. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and NCP Chief Sharad Pawar along with SP leader Akhilesh Yadav were present for the nomination of Yashwant Sinha. The biggest surprise was Telangana Minister and TRS Working President KTR was present for the nomination in the Parliament House in New Delhi on Monday. KTR who deferred with BJP from the past few months made it clear that they will no threads with BJP. Telangana Chief Minister KCR protested against the leadership of Modi and BJP on the farmers issue.

"Participated in the nomination process of Sri @YashwantSinha Ji along with
@trspartyonline Members of Parliament. Expressed our support & invited Sri Sinha Ji to Hyderabad to meet & address our Legislator" posted KTR. He said that there are multiple reasons for joining the opposition parties and supporting Yashwant Sinha as the Presidential candidate. Apart from the leaders, TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee, NC President Farooq Abdullah, RLD's Jayant Sinha, Sitaram Yechury from CPM joined the event in the Parliament House. KTR said that the prime reason to support the opposition party is to uphold the constitutional values that are under the government's attack.
