Telangana Gets Rs 3500 Cr Investments From UAE Firms:- The newly formed Telangana state has been racing ahead in development and investments. It is raining investments for Telangana state and Business conglomerates Lulu Group and B R Shetty Group inked a massive deal with the Government of Telangana recently. Business conglomerates Lulu Group and B R Shetty Group signed a Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Telangana government for a combined investment of Rs 3500 crores. Lulu Group is said to invest Rs 2500 crores while BR Shetty Group will have Rs 1000 crores worth investments.

The MoUs have been signed by the Principal Secretary for IT and Industries Jayesh Ranjan in the presence of IT Minister KTR. Lulu Group managing director Yusuff Ali MA and BRS Ventures (a company of B R Shetty Group) chairman B R Shetty inked the deals in seperate events. After wrapping up the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, KTR flew to Abu Dhabi for signing the MoUs.The Lulu Group is all set to setup a vegetable prrocessing unit and food processing unit along with a mega shopping mall. B R Shetty Group will set up pharma manufacturing and research unit along with a medical device manufacturing unit.
