Monsoon to enter AP only after June 12

The meteorological department in Vishakapatnam has said that south west monsoon-which has touched Kerala coast two days ago-is likely to enter Andhra Pradesh only after June 12. So, the people in the state should keep their fingers crossed and wait for the monsoon.

The mercury levels are almost the same in many parts of the state except in Hyderabad. The temperature in Hyderabad dipped on Friday and the day was almost cloudy although the heat was very much experience by the people.

The officials at the meteorological department have said that monsoon has spread to south of Karnataka rapidly after which it reduced the pace. Therefore, the arrival of monsoon in AP will be delayed by another few days. All in all, it’s a good note that summer has almost gone.
