TRS president K. Chandrasekhara Rao said today that Congress president Sonia Gandhi will take a decision on the division of the state before the present winter session of Parliament comes to a close.

Addressing the TRS Legislature party at the Telangana Bhavan, KCR said that Sonia has ordered a private survey on the situation in the state and will take a decision on the Telangana issue based on the survey.

“CM Kirankumar Reddy and Governor ESL Narasimhan are sending reports to the congress president and the Centre on Telangana but Sonia has no faith in those reports,” he said. “For that reason only, Sonia has ordered a private survey on the Telangana situation,” he said.

Later speaking to media persons, TRS leaders Etela Rajender and KT Rama Rao said they would support the no confidence motion of TDP in the assembly if it is introduced with a sincere motive.

“The no-confidence move is nothing but a tactic of blackmail to come out of the on-going CBI investigation against him,” they said.(JUBS)
