TRS MP and former Tollywood heroine Ms Vijayasanthi today wept and appealed with folded hands to senior congress leader and Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in the Lok Sabha to take a favourable decision in favour of creating the Telangana state.

With the Speaker Mira Kumar repeatedly rejecting the requests of TRS members for a debate on the Telangana issue and adjourning the house five times as pandemonium continued obstructing the normal business of the house, Vijayasanthi, tears rolling down her eyes, turned towards the congress messiah Pranab Mukherjee and said with folded hands: “Sir, I request you to take a decision for the formation of Telangana state as it would fulfill the aspirations of four crores of Telangana people.”  

Prior to this, KCR and Vijayasanthi several times barged into the Speaker podium raising slogans in favour of T state and obstructing the proceedings of the house and forcing the adjournment of the house five times. Finally, Speaker Mira Kumar adjourned the house to Friday.
