Google to help Modi to develop Varanasi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has roped Internet giant Google to develop his constituency Varanasi as to stand on his words. Modi has promised to develop Varanasi into a world class city before the elections and accordingly the holy city has been granted quite a good share of funds from the central government.

Apparently, many companies have approached Modi's team  and also came forward with proposals to assist the government in projects related tp cleanliness, infrastructure and tourism. But Modi made his personal choice and teamed with Google. In addition to this Modi has coined a term for the development of Varanasi, 'Kashi Vision' which is expected to be launched on August 20th. Google has been assigned the task of identifying tourism hotspots in and around Varanasi, beautification, landscaping, mapping the city for better movement and security.

Varanasi Municipality was asked keep the standards of cleanliness while Modi has planned to set up a tourist help centre, upgrading airport and visa arrival on arrival for eligible international passengers. On the whole, Modi has pulled up his team and Varanasi is all set to witness never before development.
