Ind vs Eng: India wins toss

Indians have won the toss in the 2nd ODI against England at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on Tuesday and have elected to swing the bat first. With Finn opening the bowling and Tim Bresnan joining the spell, the scene for India doesn't look very promising as of now yet. However, one may add that it is too early to comment on the outcome for a 50 over match.

England already have a lead over India with their win in the earlier match at Rajkot while India have a lot to work on to sweep the five match series in their favor this time.

The pressure mounting on  the teams could be a spoilsport as is the case with the the weather which was declared clean for the game.

History speaks well for the home team with a win rate of 67% while England played only one match against India at Kochi and have lost it in 2006.

There is no change in the teams for the games from the first ODI. India are poor off the mark with a slow start with 18/1 at 4 overs.
