Ind vs Eng: Nagpur Test: Can India level the series?

The fourth and the final test match between India and England would soon begin at Nagpur and the pressure is on the hosts. With England leading the series all they have to do is draw to win the series and create history. They also have the benefit of winning the game putting the Indians to shame with a 3-1 victory at their home grounds. This in fact could be more shameful than the 4-0 white wash in England. The pressure of winning the game, no matter what, is on the seniors who have to take responsibility.

Losing two consecutive matches to the visitors, the performance of the Indian team is sloppy and irresponsible to say the least. Indians now have to battle the skill and the confidence of the opponents to win the game. If they fail to secure a win this game, the 27 year old record of no losses against England since 1985 would be quashed.

The Indians have decided to bring in Parvinder Awana, Ravindra Jadeja and Piyush Chawla to replace Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan and Harbhajan Singh. On the other side, Tim Bresnan would come in to replace Steven Finn who is not fit physically for the fourth test and Joe Root would play his debut in Tests replacing Samit Patel.
