Speculations Rife Over Megastar’s Political Journey:- Megastar Chiranjeevi with huge enthusiasm floated his own political party Praja Rajyam but with limited seats, he merged his party in Congress. Megastar turned out to be the Cabinet minister during Congress’s time. His term as Rajya Sabha is coming to an end and the actor turned politician seems not to be much interested in active politics. There have been wide speculations that Chiranjeevi wishes to focus much on films and he will stay away from politics as of now. However the actor wishes to stay in Congress for time being.

When there have been huge protests from the people and the politicians against the recent Union budget and on the special status for Andhra Pradesh, Megastar wished to stay calm which alone indicates that Chiranjeevi will focus on films and he wishes not to make any comments on the current political situations. He is busy with the shoot of his next film Syeraa which is said to be a periodic epic and is made on a huge budget. Surendar Reddy is the director of Syeraa which is based on the life story of freedom fighter Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy.
