Forensic Report Confirms Beautician Sirisha’s Suicide:- The autopsy report released by the forensic team at the Osmania General Hospital has confirmed that the death of beautician Sirisha was a clear case of suicide. This has put to rest the different theories over her death.

With this, the police are planning to file a charge sheet in the case at the Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Nampally within a fortnight. According to the autopsy report, it confirmed that she was not sexually assaulted, and that there were no traces of semen on her or her clothes. The stains on her clothes were from eatables, said West Zone DCP A Venkateswar Rao.

The report has also said at the time of her death, Sirisha was under the influence of alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol), at the time of her death. The DCP even added that the report confirmed that using a dupatta, she had committed suicide.

Meanwhile, the bail petition moved by the suspects in the case, Sravan Kumar and Rajeev Kumar, was taken up for hearing on Friday. The court also took up the counter petition filed by the Banjara Hills police, stating that investigation was under process and the victim’s family had doubts over her death, and so the duo had to remain in judicial custody.

Beautician Sirisha Case

For further proceedings, the court posted the case to July 11. On the other hand, Sirisha’s family continue to allege that it was a murder, however, the police said the autopsy report had now proved that it was not.

“We now have enough evidence both technical and scientific to prove it was a suicide. Their allegations are baseless. Our teams took her relatives too to Kuknoorpally and explained what occurred there and what led to her suicide,” said the DCP.
