It is known that the 'Swacch Hyderabad' is going to take its launch on May 16th. All the government officials are participating in this event which lasts for 5 days continuously. The government is aiming to take out 55000 metric tonnes of garbage out, in these 5 days and also analyze the problems faced by the citizens in Hyderabad colonies.

Swatch Hyderabad is the 2nd part of household survey?

The buzz that is now doing the rounds among the people is, previously with the household survey, the government attempted to reach every house in the city, but the use from it is not known till date. In the same way, through 'Swacch Hyderabad', now, the TRS government is again trying to grab the attention of the public.

Frankly, the attempt cannot be just limited to grab the attention of the public, as it assured to allocate Rs.200 crores for the development of colonies and also to take out the garbage. However, this attempt of the government would now attract the locals of the Hyderabad.

Why only Hyderabad?, would salary hike logic apply here?

But the thing is, what about the other cities in the state?, if all of the locals of the concerned cities demand the same, what is going to be the situation of the government?

This is not just a blind estimation, as we already know that the government had to forcefully hike the salaries to the RTC employees, after hiking for all the government employees. The similar situation can now be estimated regarding the 'Swacch Hyderabad' programme. The government has to allocate crores and crores of rupees to clean the entire state.

Wouldn't it be an extra burden for the government to spend on development of colonies across the state, especially after announcing the salary hike to RTC employees. Though it is a burden, if the government responds positively to this, it will be advantageous to the entire state residents and that further reflects positively on KCR government in future.
