YSR Congress Party is making moves keeping in view of the general elections for the Assembly and Parliament in 10 months.

As YS Jagan is in the Jail, his mother Vijayamma who was made an honorary President of the party is heading it although she did not have any political experience.  She was a house wife with activities limited to her family till YSR’s death in the helicopter crash.

As the situation demanded, Vijayamma started touring in Telangana region but with a caution and pre determined scripts made with a foresight and a thorough knowledge on politics.  Vijayamma is to talk only as per the script given to her but not to deliver extemporaneous speeches. 

She reportedly was coached by the popular Telugu writer Yandamuri Veerendranadh in the personality development to conquer inferiority complex and to improve public speaking skills.  As per the script given to her, she is to first to remember the martyrs of Telangana and then to assure the Telangana people that YS Jagan personally and YSRCP as a party are not against Telangana Statehood.  She should not say anything against TRS or KCR but to criticize TDP and Congress which is also acceptable to TRS.

Vijayamma did well so far as per the screenplay handed over to her and the party is jubilant for the initial success of her campaign in Telangana started from Medak District head quarters.
