Gulam Nabi Azad recommended only Telangana with 10 districts but not Rayala Telangana as the information comes out through reliable sources.
Azad said in the GoM meeting that the proposal of Rayala Telangana can be considered only if a debate on it in the Assembly comes out with a consensus on it. Otherwise, Azad says, will only create more complications.
The final decision on Rayala Telangana is left to the Union Cabinet.
