A victorious KCR speaks

Telangana Rashtra Samithi President K Chandrasekhara Rao yesterday called the public meeting at Nizam College grounds in which many new leaders joined TRS, a victory of Telangana people.  He said that the TRS is getting support for its war for justice.   This, he said, should not be taken as an ordinary political activity.  He said that it is a record support TRS got after its inception in 2001 with so many leaders and their followers joining the party.

After the jubilant announcement of the victory of the party, KCR came back to his usual way of criticizing other parties to cheer the leaders sharing the dais and public attending the meeting.  He said that Gulam Nabi Azad lost his mind to blame the sitting MPs who left Congress Party.  Azad’s claim, KCR says, that some political agreements drawn in personal interests is baseless.  He challenged Azad to prove it.  He questioned who will continue in Congress Party believing in the insane talk of Azad.  When Azad said Telangana decision will be taken in a month, he doesn’t mean it in fact as he replies to the questions of the media persons that month doesn’t mean 30 exact days and week doesn’t mean 7 days.  What type of the statement it is, KCR exclaims.  Now when Azad says that Telangana issue will be dealt with in June, KCR wonders whether it is June 2013, 2014 or 2015.

KCR also reminded Vavilar Ravi’s statement that Telangana issue is not as easy to settle as eating upma or dosa.  Do the Telangana martyr’s sacrifices are looking like upma and dosa to Ravi, questions KCR.

Then KCR challenged that one lakh of Kirans cannot stop this movement.  He called for the people to join in lakhs in the program chalked out by JAC- Chalo Assemble on 14th June.

KCR also explained his comments on the Prime Minister for which a case was filed on him in Khammam.  He admitted that he said that the PM doesn’t have the knowledge of a peon and it is true, he says, in case of Telangana problem.  KCR says that the PM looks like a statue without giving any impression whether he understands the gravity of the Telangana sentiment or not.  KCR says he is ready to face any charges for telling the truth.

The public meeting started at 6.30 with KCR and Vijayshanti’s reaching there.  The meeting was successful in terms of its objective of receiving new entrants, encourage the party workers and criticize the Congress Party.
