CBI Joint Director Mr VV Lakshminarayana today denied having issued notices to the former chief minister and TDP Chief Mr Chandrababu Naidu with regard to his illegal properties case.

Denying reports that they have issued notices to Naidu and his family members, he said his officers today collected details of Chandrababu properties from the Sub-Registrar’s office and IT assessment particulars from the IT department.

He said the CBI is also collecting the details with regard to the other issues and points mentioned in the PIL filed in the High Court by Vijayamma, Pulivendula YSR Congress MLA.

He said his officers would examine all the collected details and then serve notices to all concerned including Naidu and others mentioned in the PIL of Vijayamma. “We are also examining the papers submitted to the court as evidences by the widow of the late YSR,” he said.
