Anil Kapoor, the father of the gorgeous actress Sonam Kapoor, is still fit and healthy. He is 52 years old and looks like he’s in early forties. The actor has said that he six packs abs is not a must in fact as being fit is what makes a person look good. He has said that he had been exercising for the past 20 years and he felt comfortable the way he was.
This actor would be seen in Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming flick Shootout At Wadala. He says: "I never wanted to make muscles, I just want to be fit. Everyone has different ways of staying fit. Mine is that I should feel good. I have been exercising for the last 15-20 years. I feel comfortable the way I am. My weight has been between 74-76 kilos since the last so many years," Kapoor, 52, said.
He made these statements in the wake of increasing craze for six-pack abs for the actors. Earlier such measurements and musts were only for heroines but scenario has changed as the days passed. Now it looks like girls demand more from heroes and eventually heroes had no other option other than to show off their muscles. Six pack and other stuff was something strange to yesteryear heroes. All that they knew was good acting works at box office.
"People tell me that I look much better and fitter now. I am trying my best to do this. I focus on keeping my mind fit, then food and exercise," added Anil Kapoor.
