Akkineni Akhil's mark in Tollywood was supposed to happen this month but now sources say that it will take more time. Digging deep into the story, it is reported that director VV Vinayak's mother is bed-ridden for the past few months and he is heard to be taking care of her. On the other hand, the makers of Akhil film are going ahead with pre-production works.

Sources also say that Nagarjuna’s super hit song from Hello Brother, 'Kanne Pitta Ro Kannu Kotta Ro' will be remixed and used in the film. Thaman who will be rendering tunes for the film, is already working on the music.

Nagarjuna and hero Nitin's father Sudhakar Reddy will jointly produce the film.
