The new hero from Akkineni family, Akhil has faced camera for the first time as the shooting for his debut movie is underway. As per the fresh updates, senior actor Rajendra Prasad has been roped to play the father of Akhil in this film which is touted to be an action cum family entertainer. Being directed by V.V. Vinayak, hero Nithiin is producing the movie on his banned 'Production A.'
On Saturday, the grand launch of Akhil enthralled the Akkineni fans. Speaking on the occasion Akhil said he will try his best to carry on the Akkineni legacy set by his grandfather and legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The young hero also promised that he would do a multi-starrer with his brother Naga Chaitanya.
New girl Sayessha Saigal is being introduced as heroine while Anup Rubens and SS Thaman will be scoring music to Akhil's debut film.
