Microsoft unveils Windows 10

Technology giant Microsoft has launched its flagship operating system Windows 10 and in a good news to the customers, this OS can be upgraded free for the first year. This is a bold move by Microsoft  as the company will lose its core revenues as much as $500 million in the first full year of sales. However, Microsoft did not mention the release date of Windows 10 and according to the sources, the new OS could be expected in the third quarter or fourth quarter of the year.

The Redmond based company which had huge issues with Windows 8 and its security vulnerabilities, claimed that the new OS is better than ever. Windows 10 will also be available for tablets and phones but won't run full programs on phones, nonetheless it will run all of the apps in the Windows app store, allowing for a seamless experience across devices.

About the new browser, Microsoft maintained absolute silence and is heard to be still testing various factors inclined to it.
