It is better to stay indoors particularly between 5 to 10 am when the initial days of summer start and during peak summer from 11am to 5 pm at least. It is better to avoid the harsh sunlight and invite problems.
Of course, having a lot of water and juices minus cool drinks and any artificial flavored drinks are best suited for summer. But, as soon as you come indoors from outside, do not drink anything immediately. More than good, this will turn bad for your health. Give some time, relax, get some good air and then drink water or juice.
Cottons are the best for summer. Light colors and those that are comfortable for your skin, not inviting sweat are to be chosen for this season.
Sun screen is the bliss for this season. It is not just before stepping out of home, but at least thrice a day, you need to apply sun screen location that has SPF 15 in it.
