Not one would disagree when I say fish oil smells awful and gross, so much so that people would puke if they have not been exposed to the smell previously. All said, there is just the same number of people who would deny the health benefits of Fish Oils.

It has essential fatty acids called Omega-3-Fatty acids that are useful to the body in several ways.
