The National Investigation Agency [NIA] has filed second chargesheet in relation to the February 2013 Dilsukhnagar twin blasts. Indian Mujahideen founder Riyaz Bhatkal and two other IM operatives, Zia-ur-Rahman alias Waqas, a Pakistani national, and Tahaseen Akhtar alias Monu, were named in this chargesheet.

The accused have been charged with murder and other relevant sections of IPC, sections 3 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act 1908 and under relevant provisions of the Unlawful Activities [Prevention] Act 1967, a NIA statement said. On March 14 this year, NIA filed its first chargesheet in this case.
