BJP MLA Jitender Singh Shunty was shot at three times in New Delhi early on Wednesday but luckily the legislator survived and escaped without hurt as none of the bullet hit him. Jitender was attacked by three unidentified goons today morning and the CCTV at the MLA's home captured all the events of this incident.

The police stepped into the action and launched a probe. According to Shunty, one person ranged his residence's bell repeatedly. The attacker claimed that he wants to attest few documents and Shunty opened the door. But the attacker removed gun and was trying to enter Shunty's home. On seeing the gun, the MLA resisted him and then the attacked fired at Shunty. The police reached the spot in five minutes but did not catch the culprit till now.
