The Election Commission of India has so far seized Rs 240 crores in cash and 1.33 crore litres of liquor and drugs. Andhra Pradesh topped the list with Rs 102 crores, followed Tamil Nadu [Rs 39 crores], and Karnataka [Rs 20.53 crores]. Heroin of 104 kgs was also seized by the Poll Panel.
