Prime Minister Narendra Modi shocked the complete nation after he announced the discontinuation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. With the introduction of Rs 2000 notes and banning big notes, the crisis for money increased every single day and commonman has been spending hours before banks and ATMs to withdraw money. However Modi has been completely focussing on a cashless economy to curb the black money from the society.
The government has come out with one more sensational move to attract the customers and promote digital transactions all over. Two new schemes have been announced that will give cash prizes for all the customers who use digital mode for making their payments. Lucky Grahak Yojana and the Digi-Dhan Vyapari Yojana will be run by the National Payment Corporation on India for 100 days and will start from December 25th. These schemes will cost Rs 340 crores for the government and the customers are eligible to get huge prize money.
