Shame on Indian media!

We gain the knowledge by knowing many things, that are happening across the world through the media. It is one such powerful medium, which can influence the society and act accordingly. Keeping the other countries media aside, Indian Media is also influencing the country’s people, but the thing to be observed is, whether the influence its making on us, is on the right track or not?   The below facts, make us think about the question and judge about the Indian media.

Below are the top companies products, where most of us are fond of. But the way they are manufactured, puts you in shock and might even develop a deep hatred towards Indian media, as they never bothered to inform about it even they are aware of it.

Kitkat

Kitkat is made from the juice extracted from the beef. Nestle company even accepted the fact.

Fair and Lovely

Fair & Lovely company accepted that the cream contains the oil from Pig fats!

Vicks

Vicks is considered as the slow poison and is banned in many European countries.

Life buoy

Life buoy is a Carbolic soap used for bathing animals. It is neither bath soap nor toilet soap. In fact, Europe uses Lifebouy for Dogs.

Coke

Coke, Pepsi is a toilet cleaner and also proved that, it contains 21 types of different poisons. Its sale is banned in our very own Indian Parliament, but is still being sold in the entire country. Is this really a shameful act on all of our political officials. If not company, at least the officials might have been informed about it, as it is their responsibility to think about the welfare of the people, being the public servants.

When Amitabh Bachhan was operated in the hospital for 10 long hours!

Doctor had to cut and remove large intestine!! And the doctor had told him that it has rotten due to drinking of soft drinks like Coke, Pepsi ! And then he stopped advertising coke
Pepsi! Why did not the issue was at least out then?

Boost

Boost, Complan, Horlicks, Maltova, Protein-ex, the most famous health drinks where, the millions of children across the world, have it daily. But, after the tests were done in Delhi at All India Institute (which houses biggest laboratory in India) and it was found that, all the above mentioned products are made from the waste left after oil is extracted from Groundnut, which is actually to be used as the food for animals. Not only health drinks, they even make health tonics from the same waste. In the worst case, putting the elders aside, can’t the media at least show a basic mercy on the children and inform about the health drinks issue? How can it dare to fill the pockets, at the cost of the poor kids lives.

Pizza

Pizzas, the other important issue, where a detailed explanation is required.

“Pizza Hut, Dominos, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Corner, Papa John’s Pizza, California Pizza kitchen, Sal’s Pizza", the famous American companies, where most of us love to be there because of the delicious pizzas they offer. Can you guess the manufacturing process of such delicious process?, it is E-631 flavor Enhancer, which is made from Pork or Pig meat.

Andhra Wishesh view:

When the question is raised that, though all of the above facts are known to the media before hand, why did not it informed to the public?, the answer for it would obviously be that, it would be a great loss to media financially, i.e, through advertisements, as all the products would be banned and in fact those companies too, if they are proven fraud.

The children, families and their relations of the media people, who have come to know the fact,  might have been obviously alerted to restrict the use of the products. But what about the normal public who are unaware of all these. Craving for money might not be faulted, but is there a need to crave for it, at the cost of crores of peoples lives.

Can’t the media at least question themselves that, “the poor people are believing us, the information we give would influence their lives, there might not be any other source to know the facts, other than from us, we are human beings and we have our kids, how cruel it would be, if anyone targets at our people like this, how unethical we are and so.”, if the answers are found for the questions above, then the proper justice might have come out long back itself.
