KTR Clarifies About Joining Hands With BJP:- There have been wide speculations Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) has been in close touch with the Centre and BJP. TRS Chief and Telangana Chief Minister KCR paid frequent visits to New Delhi and there are talks that TRS may join hands with BJP during the Parliament elections that will commence next year. Telangana will head to Assembly polls in December this year. KTR is busy promoting the development activities across the state. KTR when asked about joining hands with BJP clarified them saying that TRS need not join hands with any regional or national party as it is a huge force.

"TRS won in each and every election without any support in the last four years. We had a comfortable victory and we are not looking to join hands with any regional or national party. We have a clear stand and TRS waiting for BJP is just a speculation. We are focused on Telangana and will take any step for the state's benefit. With BJP and Congress failing badly, there is need for a federal front and India needs several regional forces to join hands and emerge as a strong platform" said KTR during his interaction.
