Seven Deals Signed Between India and Israel

Seven Deals Signed Between India and Israel:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi broke the jinx and emerged as the first Prime Minister to land on the soil of Israel. He received a warm welcome from the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu. Generally the Prime Ministers of Israel will not make it to the airport unless it is the US President visiting their country. However Benjamin Netanyahu made it to welcome Modi. After a brief break, Modi has been back to business to sign some interesting deals with Israel which has been keen on bonding with the country.

A total of seven agreements have been signed between India and Israel, the focus is on completing the business and competing with many countries across the globe. Ranging from agriculture to the water conservation, seven important deals have been locked along with some defence deals. Modi and Benjamin Netanyahu presented many agreements out of which seven have been signed officially. India and Israel will have mutual benefits on water, agriculture and satellite technology.

An innovation fund of 40 million USD has been initiated by both the leaders during the meet. The major agenda is to expand the relationship and bond between India and Israel. The country even promised selling 1 billion USD military equipment per year revealed sources.  Infact, Narendra Modi along with  Benjamin Netanyahu had some personal discussions too which have been kept under wraps revealing much which will be part of their agenda. Narendra Modi thanked Benjamin Netanyahu’s wife for the lavish dinner hosted.

The Israeli premier hosted the dinner which has been personally overlooked by Benjamin Netanyahu’s wife. Benjamin Netanyahu compared the meeting to a marriage calling it that it has been made in heaven and implemented on earth. He quoted “This is a marriage made in heaven being implemented here on earth”. Many other countries have been looking at the bond between India and Israel which took years to happen.

Narendra Modi said that both countries suffered terror attacks and now both the countries are joining hands to protect together in the coming years. India is Israel's biggest client in defence technology and both the countries have been extremely convinced for these informed sources. Narendra Modi will meet various CEOs which will be focussed much on investments. Israeli analysts have noted that PM Modi has chosen not to Ramallah to meet Palestinian leaders during his three-day stay, as is common for visiting dignitaries.
