Chain snatching is one issue, that is threatening the big cities, especially Hyderabad.

In spite of taking enough safety measures by the police, the chain snatching incidents are reportedly increasing.

But, the current chain snatching incident has been lot to deal with the mystery with the victim, more than the chain snatchers.

Reportedly, while the chain snatchers are in an attempt to pull the chain from a woman’s neck, a 25 days old child allegedly had to face knife injuries on the neck and lost life.  

The culprits took away 3 tulas of gold from the woman, who after the incident fell down on the spot. She was later moved to Gandhi hospital.

According to child’s mother, the culprits on bike attacked the women, while she was going to hospital, after noticing continuous vomiting. The snatchers sprayed on woman, who then lost conscious. After her wake up, she found her baby dead.

She said that, the baby was alive, while taking to the hospital and was later declared dead by the doctors.

But, after few minutes, the case completely took a new turn. The police are now alleging that it was the child’s mother, who killed the child and tried to manipulate the issue, involving the chain snatchers.

However, the child’s mother denied the allegations, and the police are now investigating the case further and assured to bring out the facts, with proofs, soon.
