Siddhaiah, the Sub Inspector of police who fought and died in the Suryapet terrorists incident final respects was held on Wednesday.

The police took his last breath on Tuesday evening and on the same day night, his dead body was taken to his village Baadhepally, at Jadcherla.  The local villagers received him with tears. The surroundings of his house were completely crowded with the public in large number.

For the sake of public, the body was held in the front of the house and not only local villagers, but there are many other people who have come to see Siddhaiah for the last time and burst into tears immediately when they had seen him in that position.
 
The way wife of Siddhaiah, Dharaneesha was cried moved every one into tears. Few of the politicians visited the village bringing flower garlands along with them.

At 1.50pm, the final respects were completed at Khabrasthan, at Baadhepally with the help of government. Ministers Krishna Rao and Lakshma reddy assured the government's support to Siddhaih's family.

Even the Congress party leaders were turned to the funeral and gave their regards to the SI family. TPCC leader Uttham Kumar reddy opined that the sacrifice that Siddhaiah did will be remembered for the years and he assured the Congress party support to the SI family anytime. Former Central minister, Jaipal reddy said “it is good Siddhaiah fought with the terrorists but the fight taking away his life is not at all good”, he opined

A legend lost his life, but gained many hearts across both the states. Hatsoff to the one of the greatest police.
