KCR Keeps His Promise For Colonel Santosh Babu's Family:- Telangana Chief Minister KCR met the family of Colonel B Santosh Babu who was one among the 20 martyred army officials in the battle with China in Ladakh's Galwen valley. KCR announced an exgratia of Rs 5 crores for the family of Santosh Babu. He paid his respects for the floral picture of Santosh Babu in his Suryapet residence and handed over the cheque of Rs 5 crores for the family of Santosh Babu this afternoon at 3 PM. KCR even handed over the document copy of 570 square yards of land in Shaikpet to the family of Santosh Babu.

As promised, KCR handed over the appointment letter as Group One officer to Santoshi, the wife of Santosh Babu. He consoled his family members in Suryapet today. Telangana Minister G Jagadish Reddy, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar accompanied KCR. The family of Santosh Babu is informed about KCR's visit earlier. Santosh Babu was the commanding officer of the Bihar Regiment at the Ladakh's Galwen valley. He passed away in a battle with China last week along with 19 other Indian Army personnel.
