Congress uses Vajpayee's image

The Congress party shocked the Bharatiya Janata Party by using former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's photo in its website. The photo was published with a caption “Nobody to remind BJP of its Raj Dharma” which directly meant for BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and said “How can a person whom Vajpayee had thought unfit to be even a chief minister expected to be given the reigns of the country.”

The article that was published by Congress says, Vajpayee wanted Modi to step down from the chief minister post during the Gujarat 2002 riots as Modi government wasn't doing enough to provide relief and rehabilitation to those who had been displaced during the riots.

The BJP has lashed out Congress for using Vajpayee's photo and said Congress is playing mind games and cheap politics to divert the attention of people. BJP is also considering to take the issue to Election Commission notice while Congress has defended using Vajpayee photo.
