Speaking in the Legislative Council today the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the issue of the Telangana Bill is a delicate matter and needs to be handled with care. He emphasized that the debate on it should be done systematically and in accordance with the rules.
Kiran Kumar Reddy suggested the members of the Assembly and Council to watch how the debates on the bifurcation went on in other states. He said that BAC will meet again if it is necessary to reschedule the transactions to be taken up in the two houses.
TDP senior leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu made objections on the speech of the Chief Minister. Then CM said that the lengthy explanation is given only to make the issue understandable to all the legislative members.
