Draft Bill Signed by Chief Minister And Sent To Speaker

The Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the draft bill was signed and sent to the Speaker.

He said that there is language problem involved in it as the bill is sent in English. It has to be translated to Telugu and Urdu. Previously it was speculated that the draft bill was sent in three languages by seeing its volume.  But CM clarified that it is made in English only.

About the discussion on the bill he said that it is up to Business Advisory Committee (BAC) to decide the schedule to discuss on it. He said that all the aspects in the bill should be discussed thoroughly and voting should be held on them.

Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the amendment of 371 D needs 2/3 majority in the house to pass it.  He clearly said that it is not possible to complete all this in the present Assembly session.
