Third Chief Minister to Protest

After Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, now it is the turn of Bihar Chief Minister to stage protest.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar demanding special statue for Bihar took procession from his residence in Patna to Gandhi Maidan and sat in protest.

JD(U) President Nitish Kumar who denied to have a tie with BJP even if Modi is removed from the Prime Ministerial candidature called for bandh today excepting essential services.  JD(U) activists blocked roads and held railroko programs.

The protest is for getting special status for the state of Bihar demand of which has been pending for long but ignoring which Seemandhra is given special status in 24 hours.  But, Nitish Kumar says that he does not have any issues for giving special status to Seemandhra in a short time but the protest is that he wants it to the state of Bihar as well as the state is economically backward.

BJP also made protests for the same reason on 28th February.   Nitish Kumar is also planning for a sankalpa yatra on March 5th for the same cause.
