KCR to Protest Over Draft Bill

The Telangana Rashtra Samiti President K Chandrasekhara Rao says that it is not time yet to celebrate.  There are certain things in the draft bill that have to be corrected until which time the agitation should go on.  His main objection is on the Governor’s role on the law and order maintenance in the States.

KCR says that it is insulting Telangana people by taking away the law order from Telangana people.  He objects the super council over the Governor of Telangana.  He says that the law and order is the subject of the State in which no interference can be tolerated.  He says that the Center should correct the mistake in the draft bill if not the fight for the rights of Telangana will continue.

His second objection is the distribution of assets, liabilities and employees on the basis of the population.  He says that the Telangana has been cheated for long.  Telangana is already paying pensions to thousands of the employees from other states, he observes.

The Union Minsiter Sushil Kumar Shinde asks what KCR wants actually.  When a joint capital is agreed upon how is it possible to get the law and order one government- Shinde questions.
