Traffic in the Uppal Tarnaka road stretch though heavy is always free flowing except at the Habsiguda traffic signals where the traffic diverges to different routes. It is generally not achingly hard to drive on the road but the same was not the case today on Saturday.

In lieu of the cricket match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium which is just by the mainroad which is also a highway is now jam packed with cricket fanatics trying to catch a glimpse of the game and their favorite stars at the stadium.

Tight traffic snarls have kept the people stagnant for a long time. Heightened security measures are also slowing down the traffic greatly. It is better to avoid the main road and reach the stadium from Ramanthapur road and keep safe from the traffic hazards.
