A bomb call alert to Hyderabad police control room has kept the police officials on tenterhooks. This morning, the police control room got an anonymous call stating that there was a bomb in Rangareddy district collectorate. Since the metal detectors were not working properly, the call sent reportedly even more tension among the cops.

Complete Rangareddy district collectorate was checked thoroughly by the bomb diffuse squad only to notice that there was no bomb. The officials then realized that it was a hoax call and took a deep breathe. However, hoax calls also could be misleading sometimes, said observers.
